We have established a full-process quality inspection system for semi trailers: mechanical properties and dimensions are tested when raw materials enter the factory; ultrasonic and magnetic particle non-destructive testing is conducted in the welding process; safety tests such as braking, lighting and sideslip are conducted when the whole semi trailer leaves the factory. Each semi trailer has complete and traceable test records.
